Luxury Shipping Container House

Standard shipping container sizes are 20ft or 40ft. The specifications of these residential containers can be customized according to customer needs. The interior includes a living room, dining area, kitchen, prefab washroom, and bedroom, with solid wood flooring. The electrical wiring is customized to meet American and UL standards but can also be tailored to European or British standards as required by the project.

The residential containers can be elevated with stairs at the entrance, suitable for most ground conditions. They are equipped with steel doors with a door panel thickness of 50mm and a base plate thickness of no less than 1.0mm, filled with rock wool for insulation. Two aluminum alloy windows with a thickness of 1.4mm are installed, and in windy and sandy areas, mosquito screens can be optionally added.
