Compared to the old-style flat pack containers, this grey flat pack container has undergone size reform, with widened corners and beams. This reform significantly increases its load-bearing capacity, allowing for designs capable of accommodating up to four stories. Additionally, the drainage system has been upgraded to include PVC drainage pipes with a 7.5cm diameter. The interior functional area includes prefabricated restrooms equipped with toilets, integrated baths, and spacious sinks. The flooring is made of PVC waterproof material, with the option for ceramic tile waterproofing according to customer needs. The exterior has been enhanced for aesthetics, transitioning from external to internal bolts. Exterior colors can be customized to meet customer preferences, including popular choices like white, grey, or orange.

The interior space is spacious enough to accommodate furniture such as beds, sofas, and desks, suitable for residential and office use. Flooring options include PVC, stone plastic, or composite flooring based on customer preferences. Wall options include rock wool sandwich panels, EPS panels, or high-end polyurethane panels. Customers can opt for a suspended ceiling or use the same material as the walls for better aesthetics and insulation. Internal wiring design is prefabricated in the factory, with sockets customizable to meet American, European, or British standards.
